Want to raise a complaint? Simply login to your account here or go to My Account if you are already logged in and select ' ' icon on the right hand side of the order you have a query about your order. Once you've submitted your complaint, it will be dealt with by our customer services team, who will respond during office hours.

Please note that messages sent to Gardoo outside of our office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm) will receive a response when we are back in the office.
