Next Working Day Deliveryǂ
We offer Next Working Day Delivery as standard. In order to qualify, orders must be received by 12pm on the previous working day. So orders received by 12pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the very next dayǂ (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders received by 12pm on Fridays will be delivered the following Mondayǂ (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day, for delivery the following working dayǂ. Please note our delivery times are between 8am and 6pm and you may receive your delivery at any time within this period.
We offer the choice of a premium Saturday Delivery. In order to qualify, orders must be received by 12pm on the Friday (or previous working day if the Friday falls on a Bank Holiday).
Please note our Saturday delivery times are between 8am and 12:30pm and you may receive your delivery at any time within this period.
Economy Delivery (2-3 working days)ǂ
As the name suggests, this is our cheapest delivery option. Order by 12pm and you'll receive your order in 2 working daysǂ, order after 12pm and you'll receive your order in 3 working daysǂ. You may also select a later date for delivery at basket stage, using our simple delivery calendar.
Please note our delivery times are between 8am and 6pm and you may receive your delivery at any time within this period.
To ensure you get the most competitive delivery price, we calculate this charge based on your delivery postcode, allowing us to provide you with the most competitive delivery rate to your area. You will be asked to enter your delivery postcode at Shopping Basket stage.
ǂ Gardoo endeavours to deliver within the stated date and timeframe. However, this cannot be guaranteed. If a delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to advise of this.
Gardoo delivers to all areas of England, Wales and Scotland, with the exception of the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and islands (please call us for a delivery quote to these areas).
Delivery Terms & Conditions
PLEASE NOTE: someone must be available on the day of delivery to assist the driver in offloading sleepers.If you are not in the driver will not be able to deliver and you will be charged the cost of redelivery. Each delivery is allocated 30 minutes for unloading. Should your order be for more than 25 sleepers, you may wish to have two people available to assist, to ensure it is completed within the allotted time. If your order is for more than 40 sleepers, we ask that you have two people available to assist as standard.
Taking delivery of your order
Gardoo will only deliver to the address you specify on your order. It is therefore vital that this address is accurate. Gardoo cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your order once it has been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Please take care when handling/lifting your delivery and follow correct procedures for safe manual handling to avoid accident and injury.
Where will my delivery be unloaded?
All Gardoo deliveries are kerb side. This means that our delivery driver will unload your order at the kerb side, or the nearest point of delivery to your address (i.e. your driveway); whichever is closest. If you have any specific questions/requirements in regards to this, please contact us.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered on a pallet.
The delivery vehicle will not be fitted with a crane or winch. Please be aware that the driver will not be able to lift your order over walls or fences or up steps, slopes, etc.
If your delivery address falls within an area in which it is illegal for our delivery vehicle to park or offload, Gardoo will not be able to make delivery.

How big is the vehicle that will deliver my order?
Vehicles may be up to 20 tonnes gross weight. Vehicle dimensions will be a maximum of 8 metres long by 4 metres wide by 5 metres high. If your delivery address does not have sufficient access, Gardoo will not be able to make delivery. When considering access, please consider width restrictions, parked cars, trees, low bridges and power lines etc.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Please see Delivery Times above for details.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
If you have a specific date you'd like to receive your delivery, providing it meets with the terms of our Delivery Times, as detailed at the top of this page, you can enter this in the Special Instructions box at checkout.
Are there locations or situations where Gardoo cannot deliver?
Please see ‘How will my order be delivered?’ and ‘How big is the vehicle that will deliver my order?’ for information.
Can you lift my delivery over walls, fences, up steps or slopes?
Unfortunately this is not possible – please see ‘How will my order be delivered?’ above for more information.
What if I need to change my order?
For orders on Next Working Day Delivery and for Saturday deliveries, changes must be made before 12pm on the last working day before your delivery due date (i.e. for Monday deliveries, you must notify us before 12pm on the preceding Friday). All changes must be made by emailing our Customer Services team at email@example.com. Please note that changes made after this point may be possible but may incur a charge.
What if I need to cancel my order?
For orders on Next Working Day Delivery and for Saturday deliveries, cancellations must be made before 12pm on the last working day before your delivery due date (i.e. for Monday deliveries, you must notify us before 12pm on the preceding Friday). All cancellations must be made by emailing our Customer Services team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that there may be a charge to refund your card. Items which are cancelled after leaving our depot will incur a restock charge, which can be the full cost of haulage paid.
Will you need access to my property?
No. All deliveries are kerb side, although we will deliver closer to your delivery address if this is possible, for example, on your driveway. If you do not wish for us to unload on a driveway/anywhere other than kerb side, you must let us know by entering this request in the Special Instructions box at the checkout OR by contacting us immediately.
Do I need to return pallets once empty?
You do not need to return any packaging to Gardoo. We recommend that customers reuse/recycle empty bags and pallets responsibly.
